Karley is our incredible aesthetics expert, blending years of experience in non-invasive body contouring with a deep passion for the beauty industry. Born in Rochester, NY, and raised in the suburbs of RVA, Karley’s love for aesthetics began at a young age—she still remembers creating her own YouTube beauty tutorials with her first makeup kit at just ten years old!
After earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bridgewater College, Karley began her career as an early childhood educator, where she nurtured young minds and developed a deep appreciation for education and care. Her passion for helping others eventually led her to the world of aesthetics, where she could combine her love of artistry and science. She attended the American Spirit Institute in Richmond, VA, becoming a licensed esthetician. Her journey in the aesthetic industry has been driven by a desire to help others look and feel their best through advanced treatments, personalized care, and education.

Karley first joined Revee Aesthetics as part of the Guest Relations team alongside her sister, Kristina. After witnessing firsthand the life-changing confidence patients gained from their treatments, she knew she wanted to take a more hands-on role in aesthetics. She quickly immersed herself in the world of body contouring, becoming a Master’s Certified CoolSculpting Specialist and continuously expanding her knowledge through advanced training.
With thousands of treatments performed, Karley is recognized as a top CoolSculpting provider, but her expertise doesn’t stop there. She is passionate about the latest aesthetic innovations and believes that everyone deserves access to high-quality, results-driven treatments in an inclusive and welcoming environment. As part of Revee’s Marketing Team, she also plays a key role in patient education, helping bridge the gap between aesthetic treatments and empowering patients to make informed choices.
Karley lives in Richmond with her amazing husband, Mark, and their three cats: Pumpkin, Athena, and Lola. When she’s not helping patients achieve their dream results, you can find her watching Love Island UK, crocheting cozy blankets, or trying new restaurants around the city.
